Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.

I have also chosen Agua to do my Bathroom in Feb 2017 as I know they will do an excellent job. They do not request a single penny until the job is complete and that the customer is satisfied. They do not rush the job and are a family firm having their own workforce. I was told by other firms my job could be completed in 1 day with 2 men which I doubt would be to the same high standard. Dom from Pure Boilers responded promptly to my enquiry about a leak on my boiler even though it was Sunday and Ny Eve. Despite it not being an emergency, he came out the next working day. He gave details of the different solutions and I chose to have a new boiler installed which he ordered the same day and fitted 2 days later. Dom is very professional, and kept me informed of the costs before carrying out the work. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Done an excellent job of installing new boiler, radiators and pipes. From quote to completion everything went smoothly. Communication was spot on and Scott arranged all the necessary trades to get this job completed in one day. Banter was pretty good too. Would definitely use again.

We had a boiler and central heating system installed, as well as the removal of an old system plus gas heaters. Very pleased with the work and quality of parts. The price seems very reasonable to me and there were no unexpected costs. Andy sometimes takes a while to respond but he’s obviously busy and his communication is very clear and everything was explained well.
