Excellent service. Got a quote on the Thursday, and the fitter arrived to install my boiler at 8.20 on the Monday. Work done to very good standard, and cleaned up afterward. Would recommend BeSure for any Heating/Boiler work

Arrived on time on the appointed day. Initial job was done well however unforeseen complications arose due to previous non maintenance of central heating system and Jimi worked on to ensure heating was fully operational. Very satisfied with work and would employ again for further plumbing/heating jobs

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Paul in the future. He arrived at the time agreed and set about finding the problem. He explained the problem and work he had carried out in detail (yet understandable to a lay-person). The price was what I was anticipating and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future if needed.

T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.

Needed a toilet stack fixing and replacing. Peter completed the job very soon after viewing it and offered cheaper alternatives to other tradesmen. Very pleased with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend or use again.
