He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Came to my house and quoted for job, said he would do the job but did not turn up and wouldn't answer his phone. Obviously very unreliable.

Eri was very punctual and efficient. He worked quivkly and cleanly and explained what he had done. Will certainly be asking him to service my boiler again next year. (Apologies to him for delay in posting rating, but family crisis).
Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok
