Chris has now done three separate jobs for me (fitting a gas meter, moving two radiators, mending a leaking bath and fitting a new toilet). Owned a house for over 20 years. Matt, with his worker, James are the best plumbers I've come across. Truly outstanding in all respects. They took care to minimise dust and disruption throughout. And the finish is superb, but just as good is the quality of the pipework craftsmanship under the floors and in the walls - no shortcuts - just quality. I cannot recommend Matt highly enough.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

I've changed my rating as the toilet seat that was supplied broke after a few months. Not the plumbers fault but when I contacted him he ignored me. Not great service.
Job well done, came back a second time (same day) when first attempt didn't work out. Would be happy to recommend.

Terry was great, he came promptly, was friendly and carried out the work needed to a good standard, will use again.
Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

Job was a large dormer conversion. Paul was professional, knowledgable and helpful in defining plans and solutions to issues arising during the build. I would recommend him for similar projects.
