Andre was great - a competitive quote, unfazed by our ridiculous maze of pipework, timely, efficient, and a nice chap to boot.
He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

I run a Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating business with over 30 years experience in the industry. I specialise in boiler installations, fault diagnosis and repair work on gas boilers and heating systems, including underfloor heating and unvented hot water systems. I also carry out full bathroom installations and all aspects of plumbing installation and repair work. I qualified in the industry way back in 1990 and have increased my knowledge and qualifications throughout my career, including becoming an approved installer for Vaillant & Baxi, and learning the latest technology in smart thermostats and renewable energy.
