Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.

As a company we provide any heating and gas services. Boiler breakdowns, services, landlords certificates. All jobs are carried out expertly and to a high standard.
Very bad workmanship. Huge hole just left in wall where pipe went through. Had to have someone in to replaster and make good. Boiler now condemned for a second time in two years. Flue has gaping holes around it and the gas flow sample test point was left with no cap and then the replacement doesn't fit either. AA homeserve say it's the worst installation they have ever seen.
