Elliott responded quickly to my request, indicating that he could view the job promptly. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Since the website requires a star rating I have given him good ratings bsed on the email exchange with him alone, no work having ben done.

We were away when the work to install a replacement boiler was required and our eldest daughter house sat while the work was done. We were contacted by the engineer from time to time with any queries he had and the work continued. Upon our return we found the work done to a good standard, the place left clean and tidy, the old boiler taken away but the the old flue parts left for our disposal.

Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. Very clean and disposed of all rubbish. Good value service. Had a problem, S G Maintenance came back and put it right immediately without any delays or arguments. I will use again and would recommend S G Maintenance. Great Job. Thanks.

I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Cannot recommend Darren highly enough. The work was done to an excellent standard. His communication was faultless. He kept us updated on progress throughout including pictures as we moved out while bathroom out of action. There were several complications due to previous botched job and old house issues but Darren dealt with them with ease. He worked flat out to get the job finished in time for Christmas. Having delay with various tradespeople who stop responding Darren was a breath of fresh air.
