I found Joe through Rated People and it was clear from the outset that he was very experienced. I appointed him and he has since completed a complete refurbishment of my two bedroom property - my tenants and I are absolutely delighted with the end result. mixer tap, and toilet changed including plumbing for the toilet from hot to cold. Leak on outside wall all done within the days quote - very punctual, professional and stuck to the quote provided. No breaks taken - am impressed with him. Will recommend him to my friends and colleagues and use in future.
