Would definitely recommend and use in the future. Pawel is very personable. Explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. I received the electrical inspection report via email immediately after the work was done and the smoke alarm report the next day.

Max was quick to respond to request and did a thorough investigation, fixed the leak and left with no damage despite having to get behind tiling which was great. Very polite and kept me informed of the process throughout.

Muhammad diagnosed the problem with the boiler and fixed the heat output to radiators and taps. He also provided a gas safe certificate, he was also polite and friendly, He comes highly recommended.

I found Joe through Rated People and it was clear from the outset that he was very experienced. I appointed him and he has since completed a complete refurbishment of my two bedroom property - my tenants and I are absolutely delighted with the end result. The firm were professional, friendly and efficient, cared about their customers and cleaned up at the end of each day's work. Another bonus was I could trust them with the keys to the house to get on with the work without me around. Also the only firm that took the trouble to research what was new on the market and the feasibility of a replacement back boiler which better suited my needs than a combi boiler. Extremely reasonable in costs I would recommend them to anyone

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

Jonathan is a true professional and reliable guy, together with his partner James installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler, relocated a radiator and power flushed the system. Jonathan explained in great detail how the system worked and carried out the necessary testing and monitoring. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend That Extra Mile to others and would be calling on their services in the future.
