Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

Jon was very professional and reliable and discussed the project with us as it was carried out to involve us in all decisions. Paul was fantastic from start to finish he gave me a very competitive quote for my bathroom as the job went on there were things he did that were extra to that quote but he didn’t charge me anymore, he turned up on time every day was friendly and very tidy I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone needing work done in their house and I will be using him again in the future .

Andy originally came to install my gas cooker which was done very well, subsequently he has fitted thermostatic valves to all my radiators and followed that by fitting an outside tap. All the work he has done has been of a very high standard, very punctual and tidy worker. Thanks Andy
