Careful consideration was given to minimising the aesthetic impact of the work by routing the piping in the most discreet manner through the house. Booked twice after confirming rate. First time he asked to change date. Agreed new time and date. Waited and he never turned up or contacted to say he wasn't going to do the job. Still need a cooker disconect and cap off. So I can move . No new communication.
