We really needed to renew the whole bathroom, and with our initial ideas Matt set out a solution, budget and timescale. We are very pleased with the finished result that he and the other tradesmen delivered.  We would be happy to use Matt and his regular team of tradesmen in the future.

Ashley was brilliant. He has done a great job with our radiators - really smart, quality workmanship. He and his colleague were very friendly, professional, tidy and prompt - he even phoned ahead to confirm he was on the way. They went above and beyond to get things done right. Excellent precise and very gifted. Costs are very reasonable. This man is full of fun and enthusiasm. A top class job done on. Covering an old 1930 type fireplace. Also built an outdoor wood store which is top class and brilliantly built. Also headed a complete doors set in my hallway. Excellent work and would highly recommend..his work is outstanding top class.

Martyn turned up on time every visit and worked extremely hard under difficult conditions. His plumbing works look excellent and I shall be using him again. More expensive than I anticipated but as I said very difficult conditions and I had little idea of the costs involved.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Didn't turn up on the first day but, did manage to complete the job within timescale. In saying that, one radiator was left hanging off the wall and pipes in a bedroom left uncovered. Eventually after months they returned to re hang the radiator, unsuccessfully, it still is hanging off the wall. One year on and despite having a one year guarantee and first boiler service free, we cannot get them to return our calls. Absolutely appalling service, that has caused us huge distress.

Honest (pointed out when I wrote a cheque that would have overpaid), good value for money, occasionally a little tricky to get hold of as he lives out of mobile reception. The work is all good, shower is lovely, and the smaller other jobs that we asked him to do were all done just as well as the main one.
