They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. He was not beingfaithful to himself. He texted me on Whatsapp to agree on a discounted rate. He said he would take £60 instead of £80 but after he has done his job he demanded that he got 80, the full money. He was not honest enough to admit that he had agreed to take 60.He asked for proof. I couldn't produce the Whatsapp message as he had deleted the message already. Finally I succumbed, paid him 80, for a 10mnt job. Won't employ people like him anymore.

I've nothing against this professional - He tried to fix the problem, but it was a difficult job and beyond his capabilities - As it also was for a subsequent engineer! Therefore, I advertised for an extremely skilled engineer who took on the challenge and after many hours and a few renewed parts got it working.

Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.
