They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Julian was super efficient in terms of quoting and helping me understand the re-wire process as well as answering questions, making very logical suggestions and clearly describing the works. Duran was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He carried out the annual service of our Valiant combo-boiler, changed out a fuse and replaced another part that were no longer to code, and gave us useful advice on adjusting the settings on the boiler to maximise performance/manage costs. Would highly recommend.

Billy was great! Arrived within 2 hours, was very polite, found the problem very quickly, fixed it straight away, and cleaned up after he finished. Really pleased with the work that these guys did. They completed my floor-to-ceiling wall unit for my TV, soundbar, fireplace, push-to-open-door shelves and added a side unit with 2 open shelves in a day and a half!
