Rob the plumber did an ok job. Plasterer only did half a job and never came back. Tilers then came in and tried to tile over poor finish, so I ended with poor tiling job also. Rob was not happy really with the finished job so knocked of a few quid, but I still ended up with a poorly finished bathroom.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Although we did not hire this company for the internal building work we asked them to quote to put up decking and a fence in the garden. Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok
