Steve did a great job and worked really hard over two days to get the job done. Very professional, protected all carpets and kept me informed all the way through the job. Very easy to contact and gets back to you every time. Arrived when he said and didn’t leave until he knew I was totally satisfied. Went through everything before he left to make sure I was ok with both the boiler and new wireless thermostat. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

This company is the best in the business. I can't fault anything they did, from start to finish Craig and Nathan told you everything there were going to do on a daily basis. We would and have recommended BCM to family and friends and 1 has phoned Craig to sort out some work for BCM after seeing the pictures. Definitely be using BCM in the future. I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! They cleared up really well and even offered to replace my furniture for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done!
