I spoke to George regarding an emergency leaking broken tap at 11pm and he came to fix the problem at 6am the next day! He fitted a brand new tap, was personable and efficient. I've nothing against this professional - He tried to fix the problem, but it was a difficult job and beyond his capabilities - As it also was for a subsequent engineer! Therefore, I advertised for an extremely skilled engineer who took on the challenge and after many hours and a few renewed parts got it working.

Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

Man called Lewis called, claiming Enkeled was his father, this being family business. I went to check and company shows as dissolved, with 21 YO Enkeled Bani who obviously cannot be a father of an adult man. No insurance. When asked about these obvious differences, tradesman lost interest. It is apparent to me that all the positive reviews are from friends and family as no reasonable person would appoint collapsed company without insurance for such serious work they are advertising.
