I required 6 radiators replacing and a system flush. I obtained quotes from a number of tradesmen but found Reaction Plumbing & Heating to be the most comprehensive and competitive quote. Gavin was hired to move our boiler into a bedroom & fix our toilet cistern. Paid him in cash £1200. Still waiting for him to come back to finish off the toilet,3 months know & counting. He advised us to renew our thermostat as the other one wasn't working correctly. We paid him £150 cash for this part. Now saying we didn't pay. Numerous text, phone calls & emails, kept saying I'll call in next week, yeah right. Don't waste your time or money on this guy. Go elsewhere.
