I was extremely impressed by Nelson - he was quick to respond - visited the same evening to do the survey - was very professional and knowledgeable and set out the alternatives and his recommendations. He arrived the next morning with the new boiler - removed the old one and installed the new one. He returned on Sunday afternoon to commission the system - what service! Fantastic plumber and electrician, they persevered to fix my boiler staying with me till after 8pm to make sure I had heating and hot water
David & and his assistant Gareth were excellent. Turned up on time on each occasion - when providing a quote and doing the job. Very knowledgeable - advised which radiators to fit with the existing plumbing. They also took great care with our new cream carpets and cleared up completely afterwards which my wife was very pleased about. Job completed without any issues. A pleasure to have around – wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
