The First Element is a professional and experienced plumbing and heating services provider. We are gassafe,Oftec for oil and LPG accredited. Boiler,Fire and cooker installers,repair and servicing as well as Electric boiler installers. We are accredited installers for Worcester bosch,Baxi and Grant vortex. We are also unvented cylinder specialists.
Can’t recommend Gary enough. He responded to my ad quickly, and arranged to quote and complete the work within a few days. He was prompt, friendly, professional, did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. He explained things clearly to me and I won’t be using anyone else in future.

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok
He came one weekend to replace the boiler thermostat and service the boiler, charged £90 and was there 1 hour. Was supposed to come back the following weekend to replace the pump and 3 port valve, but never turned up. After waiting a week I rang and left a message and I'm still waiting to hear back, that was 11 days ago now. Our house is still cold.
I have been a Gas engineer for 42 years. Learned my trade with British Gas then started my own business 20 years ago. I also trained up my son, Matthew, who now works with me. We offer a full and thorough service on all gas appliances including LPG.
He phoned and left voice message to say he would come to do the work, I sent him a message to say yes please come and do the work for me and I never heard another word.
