Update. Less than a year later hot water cylinder stopped working. Nick doesn't return call nor text nor emails. On top of that he never sent any supporting documents as it was promised, so I now I have difficulties claiming a warranty. Shady. Stay away.

vERY DISAPPOINTING THAT THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE AGREED SECOND VISIT TO DO THE JOB THAT THEY HAD DIAGNOSED NOT DID THEY BOTHER TO PHONE, AT THE TIME, OR EVEN AFTER.
