Called me ten minutes after placing the request. Daniel immediately arranged to do the job the next morning and gave me a cost at the same time. He called me twenty minutes prior to his arrival. When he arrived, we discussed the work in more detail and he completed everything very quickly and neatly. Provided a test certificate as requested. He was a very pleasant and professional. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now.
