Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.
I posted the job hoping to get a quick response. Hall and son contacted me promptly, attended to quote for the work. Provided the written quote and were able to do the work very quickly. We were very happy with all of the tradespeople, and communication with the office was outstanding. They were all polite, hard working and the jobs were completed to very high standards. Ross did an excellent job on ripping out our very outdated bathroom and installing a new shower, basin and toilet. Everything was done professionally and he cleans up better than any person who has ever done work for us! Even when he experienced supply chain issues beyond his control he thought outside of the box and managed to get all the materials and everything sorted. Cannot recommend highly enough and already planning our next job.
