Really pleased I found Allen Group. Tom was professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. He converted a conventional heating system with floor standing boiler to combi and installed a new shower too. I will continue to use him for any further plumbing or heating work. Highly recommended.

Nigel provided an excellent service. From the initial visit to quote for the total refurbishment of our ensuite, through to completion, he kept us informed of the work being undertaken and we therefore felt involved in the process. He was extremely punctual and tidy and the finished bathroom is of a quality even better than we would have hoped for. We will certainly be looking to use Nigel's services again.

Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.

Neil identified and rectified a very unusual and difficult-to-find intermittent fault. Neil liaised with my tenant and kept in touch with me at all times, to let me know what was happening. Having hired David to complete the work i asked for, whilst the taps where successful, i have had him back three times within 10 days and still need to contact him again regarding unsuccessfully being able to rectify the cistern not filling when flushed, when he comes back it will be the fourth time in two weeks!, i feel i have not got value for money on this occassion and using your website thought i would be getting a professional who knew what they were doing.

Hi Pete. Managed to do them and finished them today. Was a nightmare but worth it in the end. We never fitted the tap or valve etc inside to prevent the freezing in winter. What is best to do. Cheers pete.
