Absolutely over the moon to find Josh. Contacted him yesterday and he kindly came today to fix our toilet. He explained everything that he was doing and we were very impressed by the finish. So much so we wanted him to have a look at the shower sometime in the future. He very kindly offered to do it the same day and as with the toilet finished the work to a brilliant standard. Would recommend Josh to anyone and would have him back in a heartbeat. Thanks Josh!

Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

I have also chosen Agua to do my Bathroom in Feb 2017 as I know they will do an excellent job. They do not request a single penny until the job is complete and that the customer is satisfied. They do not rush the job and are a family firm having their own workforce. I was told by other firms my job could be completed in 1 day with 2 men which I doubt would be to the same high standard. I would highly recommend you choose Agua Bathrooms.
