Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.

Ross did an excellent job on ripping out our very outdated bathroom and installing a new shower, basin and toilet. Everything was done professionally and he cleans up better than any person who has ever done work for us! Even when he experienced supply chain issues beyond his control he thought outside of the box and managed to get all the materials and everything sorted. Cannot recommend highly enough and already planning our next job.

Paul and his guys were brilliant. We are so pleased with the end result, the bathroom looks really high quality and I couldn't fault anything, The guys were all a pleasure to have working in the house for the just under three weeks it took,and Paul was really helpful with the design and some changes we wanted during the process, too. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website.
