Dom from Pure Boilers responded promptly to my enquiry about a leak on my boiler even though it was Sunday and Ny Eve. Despite it not being an emergency, he came out the next working day. He gave details of the different solutions and I chose to have a new boiler installed which he ordered the same day and fitted 2 days later. Dom is very professional, and kept me informed of the costs before carrying out the work. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Chris did a fantastic job. We were without power to the sockets in most of the house and he arrived quickly, was polite, explained everything he was doing and found and resolved our problem.
