Ignite provided an excellent service, installing a whole new bathroom suite and upgrading a tiny shower-room to also include a new 2-in-1 toilet and sink. Callum communicated very well, indicating when work would be undertaken and what expected finish times might be. His quote was very competitive and he impressed with his calm and personable nature. He undertook some additional requests while he was was at the property, all at very reasonable rates. I will happily use the company again.

Initially very responsive and professional at temporary fix for initial problem. Agreed to return to provide proper longer-term solution but never turned up - twice - on agreed dates. No communication or explanation despite being chased via e-mail, text and phone calls.

Paul was great. We had a random bunch of problems with our heating. He came out quickly, figured out the issue and provided a quote promptly and included extra things we needed. He went further to help me find special radiator coloured fittings for even cheaper than I thought they’d be and arrived immediately after my parts came. We were recommended WHITE HOT HEATING and also seen them on RATED PEOPLE .We gave them a call and arranged for a quote at a time that suited us.. The engineer was very knowledgeable and informative about what system was best for us and gave us a very competitive quote..All work was completed in one day which included installing a new combi boiler and removing hot and cold water storage tanks .Great job very tidy work.l would highly recommend these guys

I’ve used them before and yet another great job done. Full central heating system installed in 3 bed terrace house with all pipe work hidden under floor and tidied up as they went. 3 days of work and I never felt like I was living in a building site. Great price too. Can’t praise the guys enough they will always be my first call.
