It was not leaking! Regardless if I was getting a new bathroom in few months or not I was expecting this to least cover until clearly some mixed communication however I was under the impression that apart from the electrical switches which you did mention the job was done do I need to contact trading standards here as I feel that a guarantee is needed

Gareth arrived promptly; he was very professional and helpful (especially considering there was an unknown back boiler lurking behind the gas fire!) which he also removed, made safe and then tested the gas supply for which involved having to go round the house to check for a detected leak and then resolve it. Found the person doing my guttering helpful and very informative about his trade. Accommodated me as was working away at the time and sent me a before and after photo of the old/new guttering. Was very clean and left the old guttering in a safe place as was Aluminium.
