I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! They cleared up really well and even offered to replace my furniture for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done!
Terry was really good. He came out in the dead of night to repair (not just have a look at) my faulty boiler. He walked me through exactly what was wrong with it, showed me the parts that had gone wrong and even left the old bits with me to have a look at. My faith in tradesmen is renewed - well done Terry!! Very Good. Turned up on time, and completed the job of installing new pump on heating system the same day. Very pleasant tradesmen.
Arrived promptly to give a quote. Replacing an elderly boiler threw up a few problems but he used his knowledge and experience to solve these. Arrived on time each day and carried out the work efficiently. Clean and tidy worker. Took great care to ensure the central heating system was working satisfactorily before he left.
Had few problems and impossible to get him back unless you offer a new job, Happy otherwise. Still waiting for couple of pieces of kitchen pieces and not holding my breath they will ever appear. Gave up phoning Lee.
