I originally used Bouchers Building for the installation of a kitchen and utility room. They were able to come in well below my original estimate (and thousands below B&Q's!) without any sacrifice on quality. Since then I've used them for several other projects around the house, including flooring and skirting, at really competitive prices and look forward to using them in the future as well.

First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

Lee was punctual, reliable, friendly and worked to a very high standard. I had one dining room wall that required total re-plastering, and two other smaller repair skimming jobs in the kitchen and he did them both really well and went well beyond what was required and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended, I would certainly use his services again.

Stewart did a wonderful job with our bespoke lounge bookcases and built in cupboards. We had a few specific requirements (such as fitting a vinyl player on the space above the cupboard!) and he listened to what we wanted and built it. Stewart had lots of great ideas on how to maximise our space and we're really happy with the outcome. The units have made our lounge! I would highly recommend Stewart's work. Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. He kept me abreast of progress and was reliable and professional throughout the process. The work has been completed to a high standard and I am very happy to have chosen Henry James as my builder. I found Matthew to be very honest and trustworthy ,he explained what needed doing without trying to fob me off with some tall stories ,he was clean and tidy at all times ,very polite ,not afraid of hard work ,in fact one very cold night he was still working in the dark to make sure everything was working ok ,I would highly recommend Matthew to anybody ,in fact I have told all my many friends about him and his clean and tidy work ,excellient work,very reliable ,very good value. Andy is very considerate, easy going and a gentleman. No matter how small the job was he was more than happy to help and he did a fantastic job to boot! Who doesn't want a perfectionist when it comes to your home! I highly recommend Andy.
