John arrived to start work on time on the agreed date. All the work was carried out while respecting our home and personal space. Very personable guy and came round quickly to quote and measure up. Very flexible on when he came round. We were happy with the price. Unfortunately he booked in for installation and cancelled last minute twice e.g Friday at 9pm when due Sat morning. We then booked in for 6 weeks later to give extra time to ensure completion, cancelled again last minute the night before. Guaranteed us the following week and cancelled again. Very disappointing and wasted our time. He did give us our deposit back promptly.

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Craig from CD bathrooms &kitchens done an excellent job in our bathroom. He arrived promptly, was very polite and listened to exactly what I wanted.He laid new flooring, replaced a bath panel and toilet seat and sealed the whole bathroom. He also replaced some grout to our tiles. He told us throughout the process what he was doing. He cleaned up afterwards. He done more than we asked. I would use his services again and definitely would recommend.
Turned up on time and cracked on with the job. Very professional job done. Cleared up any mess that was created as well.
The company was busted and the new owners didn’t take responsibility for the warranty on the previous jobs!! Absolutely ridiculous!
