First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Extraordinary plasterer, on time prepares area to be worked on well works tirelessly and not only completes job on time but also to a very high standard .. finished effectively 4 bedrooms, large hallway in just over 2 days .. also helped repair some damaged walls in living room at no extra charge.. will definitely use again ..

First impressions were good so we decided to use Able to create a new shed and build a gate/fence. They were very informative, thorough and I was extremely pleased with the final product. Able went out of their way to ensure everything I asked for was done. Will definitely use again.

Malcolm and Ellis have been amazing, Having started to lose the will to live with countless unreliable and un-contactable builders that promised everything but delivered nothing, Malcolm has come through and done everything he said he would, communicated everything throughout the entire job and came back to me whenever I had questions. Lewis and his team did a very good job with restoring bricks on my old Victorian house. Painted with all kind of paint by previous owner. Lewis knew exactly what is the best way to clean it off and the result exceeded my expectation. Very good re-pointing and prefect colour match of the mortar mixing 3 different types of sand I have never heard of. Also keeps you updated regarding progress and plan for the next day. Punctual and reliable. I am very happy with the result and will certainly use him again.

James was excellent from start to finish. He was extremely prompt at visiting and quoting and kept in contact before the work started. He hung four internal doors for us in just over 3 1/2 hours. He was very quiet, quick and cleaned up after himself. We will definitely be going back to him when we need further work of this type. Highly recommend

We are very happy we went with 1Horizon. We wanted to do some of the internal work ourselves and they were the only ones we spoke to who agreed to this. They were happy to work with us on our quote to get what we needed. Aiden and his team were friendly, honest and reliable throughout and the standard of work provided by all trades was excellent. A very professional job. The job was very good value and the standard of work was very good. I felt that the effort Gordon put into understanding my vision was brilliant, the patio far exceeded my expectations and helped me achieve my vision without making any compromises. The other odds and ends (removing a rockery, replacing a wall ) were also completed really well. A brilliant job I am already planning my next phase a drive or water feature !! I would definately recommend using his company.

Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. They are very reliable, punctual, friendly and got the job done as quickly as they can and go the extra mile by asking questions all the time to make sure what we were going to get is what we wanted. Would highly recommend them.
