From the moment I got a quote Bob did all he could to sort and source this job for me. His customer service was excellent and I was kept fully informed all the way through. The job was done promptly and to a very high quality finish. From start to finish this job was handled very professionally. We can not recommend Lee and his team highly enough. Their professional approach and quality of workmanship throughout the project was refreshing to see, along with exceptional value for money. As a new start up company we wish MLW Plastics all the best, but with their high standards and workmanship I don't think they will be needing it.

Quoted and arrived to do the work on time. Looks as though a wonderful job has been done, though I'm not getting up on my roof to check in minute detail. No leak to bathroom, so job done. I will definitely use this tradesman again. Reliable and good value for money. I am a satisfied customer.

I would recommend Andy. He spent time evaluating the job required with a view to looking at less costly but effective options. Most of the time I was out at work, he called everyday when he was leaving to update me on progress. He communicated clearly and so there was no confusion with what the job involved and the final cost. He was also very nice to my dog. Thanks Andy.
