We decided to contract Hugh to replaster the front room in our normal sized and quite dated terraced house. After giving us a very reasonable quote the job then turned out to be far more difficult than we all first thought, but the end price was still extremely reasonable given the work that had to be done. The end result and work quality is top notch, Hugh is a real professional and totally trustworthy. We will be employing him again for the rest of our house.

Outstanding - it's as simple as that. Honest, diligent and real craftsmen who take the time to explain everything beforehand to ensure you get exactly what you want. Very competitively priced, they proved willing to go the extra mile and have true pride in their work. Reliable and very personable, they work hard to ensure a minimum of disruption and dirt/dust is carried through during the work. I would not hesitate in having the team back to do other work - I know it will be done right first time and honestly. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very quick to get in contact. We had some damage to some rendering on our old house. Job successfully carried out at a good price. Extra jobs done with no quibble. Very helpful and excellent workmanship. Would be very happy to recommend to anyone.

They contact me straight away after placing my job on ratedpeople. And they where able to come out next day, they had to come back a day later to finish off the job properly, which was brilliant. I now have no more safety issues and will definitely call them again

Emerald Builders removed old carport roof & replaced with new. Courteous & competent staff, left tidy site & did a grand job extending the life of the car port, thank you.

Gary shepherd and his team worked conscientiously to provide the best service possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always polite and a pleasure to work with. Bill helped us to repair and rebuild a spa shelter we purchased secondhand that we discovered had many rotten panels. Bill arrived on time each day, was very professional and always willing to help even when the job turned out to be more complicated than first thought. Dave & his team worked like Trojan's on this job in terrible weather for almost two weeks solid. However when they had finished the job the transformation of the garden was fantastic. I would highly recommend Dave & his team, infact I have since had him back to do my driveway, another superb job by Coldharbour Fencing & Landscaping.
