George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Completed the job to a satisfactory level after a seriously delayed start date. In just under 2 years the sealant split from the shower tray and created bathroom and hall carpet flooding, requested Alex to take a look and give me a quotation to repair, despite a number of attempts to have him visit the property he stopped taking my calls. I wasnt even asking him to repair it free of charge even though i had a good case to do so. This job was for my elderly 92 year old father who now has to step on a sodden

He did the job he was contracted for promptly, in one day he was able to assess the roof and find where the problem was. He came back the same afternoon to complete the job and it was completed in a couple of hours. He was very clear with the quotation and there was not surprises on the final price.
