Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

The first new kitchen we have had fitted and I would highly recommend Dave and his team at The Yorkshire Kitchen Company. Jack was fantastic. Brilliant communication regarding what I wanted and a really reasonable rate. Jack turned up when he said he would and worked quickly and efficiently and tidied up at the end of each day. Really friendly guy who I trusted to be leave at my flat to get on with the job. Jack fitted flooring and skirting for me and made sure I was happy with the materials and finishes he picked up. I’d recommend Jack and will be getting him back to do more jobs for me, I’m sure. Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.

Dean did work on our house, and the jobs that we asked him to do were done to a very high standard. He worked very hard and put a full days work in with out taking long lengthy tea breaks. we would recommend Aulds to anyone who were looking for a good reliable around builder at very reasonable rates.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

-10 Do not use a guy from Grimsby called Ryan. Felted small shed roof, very few roofing tacks used and was not sealed down. No removal of old felting only patched up. Blown off within TWO Weeks was a total Botched Up Job, quoted £500 then told needed another £200 after job done...Just taken advantage of an elderly man.

James said that he didn`t have much work on so he could come and have a look at my roof problem the following day.He said that he would phone when he was on his way.Didn`t phone,didn`t show up,didn`t answer his phone when i called,didn`t reply to my messages.Little wonder that he doesn`t have much work on.Waited around for him for several hours.......Time waster.......minus 5 stars( although i have to give 1 star to submit my comments )

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Turned up and worked hard, sometimes in really bad weather. Removed years of undergrowth and left us with a garden that will be a lot easier to maintain. Left everything clean and tidy.Really friendly team who worked around our holidays to leave us with a good lawn.
