I have money. I asked if you had a PayPal account so I could send you the deposit and you told me to “forget it” and to “find someone else”. You also gave me 1 week to get the work done before you left for 3-4 months. As I said, my feedback was accurate. You seemed nice and willing to help, but the minute I asked for a different more secure way to get you money you told me to forget it. PayPal is tracked, and secure.

Dumitru, replaced a toilet in our loft including replacing the seating/waste pipe that was poorly fitted by a previous plumber and retiling around the base of the toilet. Dumitru arrived on time and completed the work expertly and left the toilet area clean and tidy. I will be using Dumitru again to replace our bath with a shower unit. I would happily recommend him to other potential customers.

This should be 0 stars. The company took 2 years to do a poor job. The gutters installes hold water and dont drain despite trying to fix 5 times. The patio drainage gutter was installed level so no drainage with huge amounts of mud collection. Storeroom renovation damaged from poorly fitted external roof seal. Walls and ceiling water damaged. Al always away and Claire is hopless. Cost £40000 and most of the work sub standard. Poor and dangerous electrics which failed EICR Test. Dont use
