Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. I found R.A builders very helpful. Richard showed up exactly when he said he would and carried out the work in a very professional manner, leaving a very tidy working area. He provided all materials and work was carried out quickly. Richard obviously takes pride in his work as although this was just a quick rebuild he was very precise about what he was doing leaving the rough blocks neatly finished. This was the first time R A builders had done work for us but they will certainly be getting first shout on any future work. Thanks for making this a very easy experience for us, I would certainly recommend Richard to anyone looking for a builder.
Great workmanship from start to finish repairing the mess left by a previous company. John was very friendly and helpful throughout and even fitted skirting boards in a bedroom at no extra charge. I would thoroughly recommend John for any joinery work and will be seeking him out again in the near future.

Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.
