At Diamond Construction Services Ltd we provide a free design and quotation service, this means that If we are invited to provide you a quotation our estimator would attend your premises at a time convenience to yourself where we then would talk through the work which you would like doing, discuss the most practical and affordable way in which we can complete the job and then provide you with a full detailed written quotation, stating the exact works in which we’ve agreed on and a broken down scope of works on how we propose to complete the project for you with estimated dates Also attached is a fixed price along with a proposed payment plan, we like to work on a pay as you see basis meaning we never ask for an invoice to be paid until you see the work completed, as an example once the footings have been excavated we would then send across our invoice for footings excavated. From the start we were impressed with Dan and his team. Excellent communication, reliable, and keen to do a good job. What started out as a straight forward base, became more complicated with the discovery of unforeseen ground issues which delayed the project by a number of weeks. Diamon Construction proved flexible, and supportive during that time. We are very pleased with the end result.

We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. I am really pleased with every aspect of John's work. From start to finish he has been professional, honest and approachable. I had a few quotes for my job and picked John as he seemed the most competent and was happy to talk through all the options. He also came in at a very competitive rate which helps! He always arrived on time and insisted of clearing away each night. All of his team also worked to a high standard. My job had it's challenges but John has the experience and skills to overcome anything!

Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks both for an excellent job done.
