Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Found James through rated people to do a full kitchen refurbishment. This wasn’t the easiest project, when stripped out their were issues found. But James and other trades he brought in, that carried out the work were very professional and finished the work to a really high standard. Clarkbuild tradesmen were hardworking and conscientious and worked hard to contain the mess. They were very pleasant and polite and were a pleasure to have around. We are very pleased with our newly extended bathroom.

Mark and his team did an ok job fixing my patio, but I was disappointed that he couldn't or wouldn't re-hang my garden gate. The patio part of the contract was completed in October 2024. I am writing this on 22nd January 2025 and the gate is still not done. The gate cannot be closed after the half-hearted attempt that was made to do the job. After many texts chasing him he has not now responded since mid-December. My advice? If you do engage this company, don't pay him anything until the job is complete.
