O'Neill's were polite, efficient, reliable and gave us confidence in their knowledge. They did everything they said they would and more. They were very respectful of our neighbours property when needing access to the roof via the neighbours roof and kept them informed as to the work being carried out. Peter provided an excellent professional service from quote through to finished job. He offered useful advice and suggestions without trying to sell us anything we didn't need. Consulted us about decisions and was happy to comply with our requests. We had prompt responses to our emails and the job was slotted in very quickly .
