James kept in touch even when the job was put on hold due to coronavirus. He has done an excellent job in less time than expected. The standard of the work is extremely high and has transformed my flat. James is very reliable and can be trusted to get on with the work unsupervised. I had a leaky gutter from poor workmanship by a previous company and I contacted Joe via Rated People. He was quick to respond with a quote and was able to fit the job in, in a reasonable time span. He worked on a really cold day replacing the defective gutter with a more suitable product. He also replace the felt on our garage roof and added decorative edgings to tidy up the look of the property. He was efficient and tidy removing all the rubbish. I would highly recommend him and use again.

Adam viney gave me a really good quote on my fencing & when quoting the job he asked me what i would like Style size etc which i liked also he kept me updated all the way through the job & even worked the job around my work/school hours, he did a brilliant job & even took away my old fencing & all the mess.. i didn't have to do a thing he was very reliable & pleasant tradesman i would recommend Adam to any body that needs fencing/building & conservatory's.. me & my Husband are really pleased with the job

In a nutshell Mr Scales was god sent! I urgently needed decking done to an unusually shaped area of the garden and also tidying up of some unfinished work by a previous workman. Kevin did a remarkable job with the lot. He arrived at the times he said he would, waited to discuss anything he thought I needed to consent on and was very careful not to damage any of my pots & plants. He completed the work in the time he estimated & understood my tight schedule. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Stephen and Damo did an excellent job of removing part of a wall and installing an RSJ. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all. Liam responded to the posting within 10 mins and visited the house the follow morning at 8am (which was a Sunday!) and provided a quote the next day. Liam changed 3 electric showers, removed a waste disposal unit and fixed a tap. The work was carried out to a very high standard. I have no doubt that if we need any more work doing I will be calling Liam!

The guys were competitive with their pricing, quick to respond to questions and arrived as scheduled on time and did a great job. They worked really hard and got the jobs done in really good time. The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
