Edward and his team provided a speedy and efficient response from start to finish. They were polite and didn't waste time; they cleaned up well. The cost was more than I had thought initially but I was provided with a written estimate and photographic evidence of the scale of work required and I'm satisfied it was fair and reasonable. James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. We feel very lucky to have found such a nice bloke who does a real quality job. Unlike a lot of builders James does a full day's work and is very conscientious and charges a fair price. As soon as my job was posted I was contacted by Eddie who came round to my address the same day. He assessed the problem and gave me a very good price for the work. He then completed the job on the next dry day. In total he turned around the work in 4 days. Superb service from start to finish. I will definately ring Eddie for future building jobs at my address. I would recommend him to anyone, 1st rate service.

DNA was the only company that responded to my request to fit a new toilet. I was flexible regarding the fitting time and Joe kept me informed of his availability to complete the job. Very reasonably priced compared to quotes from British Gas and HomeServe. Superbly neat installation including boxing in of pipework.

Cannot recommend highly enough, Zan was excellent, professional, extremely patient when things didn't quite go according to plan but he found a solution and just got on with the job.He constantly cleaned up,we have asked him to return to carry out further work for us...we are so pleased to have found someone so hard working, honest and reliable.Highly skilled and would highly recommend.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
