I was very impressed with Krystian, prompt contact after enquiry, was the only tradesman to actually listen to what I needed and produced a quote which met my needs fully. His price was fair and consistent, perhaps not the cheapest but I didn’t necessarily need the cheapest, I wanted the best value with quality and trust. Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. I have found the whole experience stress free, and would highly recommend them to others. They explained when the skip would arrive, were here when it was picked up so that they could sweep and leave the driveway clean and tidy. Paul and his team were very professional and expert at their job. The roof looks superb, not a tile out of line, a truly great job! The communication over the job was good as was the cleanup and working practices. They gave a quote and stuck to it. Unlike some who give an "estimate" that just grows!
