First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

I was very impressed with Billy and his colleagues. They were professional, friendly, polite, helpful and reliable. Billy talked me through the problems he found with my roof and gave me several options and prices. We agreed the work and the dates to start and despite the terrible 'Best from the East' weather he managed to complete the job in a good time. Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. The price remained the same even though he had to replace some of the tiles. Happy to get the work done and would use Ben again.
