Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. Would highly recommend this company. They were the first to get in touch. Very efficient, great communication. Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them. Only recommended work that was needed and was very reasonably priced. From quote to job done all in same day and left the place tidy. Fantastic service.
