Ciprian contacted me and came round to my house to see and confirm the job. We agreed a price and he did the job superbly. He was efficient and courteous. The job was not straightforward, it was IKEA building but required cutting of doors because it was a tight fit and he did brilliantly. James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. I took a couple of other quotes but none of those gave me the confidence that James had and despite the holiday period, we managed to agree some dates - then we changed them once James confirmed availability - and he and his team turned up and completed the work efficiently and very little fuss. I am so pleased with Michael and Jay. They installed 2 radiators and a towel rail in my loft bathroom. They also connected the toilet waste and water. It was probably a little tricky as I had been let down by my builder and so they had to complete the second fix of someone else’s work. They arrived early and did not leave until they were confident everything worked as it should. All done in one day. They are lovely polite and friendly guys. I would hire them again. Their costs were very competitive.
