Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. William took videos of the roof to show us and explain what was going on up there and what was needed to put it right. He showed up when he said he would (weather permitting of course) he and his team worked their socks off to get the roof fixed for us.
