DO NOT USE THIS PERSON, HE IS NOT QUALIFIED TO DO FLAT ROOFING HIS GUARANTTEE ISNT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON AS I GAVE HIM THE OPPERTUNITY TO SOLVE THE ISSSUES AND HE CAME BACK FOR TWO HOURS 10AM WENT FOR LUNCH AT 12PM AND NEVER RETURNED, WOULDNT ANWER PHONE CALLS OR TEXTS-I KNOW HAVE TO REPAIR A NEIGHBOURS PROPERTY AND ALL MY OUTSIDE PIPING WITH HE SMASHED UP, THE ROOF IS LIKE A SWIMMING POOL A COMPLETE BOTCHED JOB, PITY I CANT UPOAD THE VIDEO'S AND PICTURES TO SHOW HOW BAD IT WAS. Phil is an excellent tradesman - we had him replace some skirting boards, door frames and picture rails in 2 rooms. He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Additionally, he went out of his way to help us arrange getting some door restored by one of his contacts. Would thoroughly recommend and have saved his details for use in the future! Thanks Phil!
